New villa, ideally located in Aubenas, a small town in the South Ardèche with all shops. Close access to the roads serving the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Ardèche mountains. Villa with swimming pool and hot tub open in summer season according to weather (April to October). Off-season, the hot tub may be available upon request, for a fee.
