Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Country vacation

This pretty country house typical of the area awaits you to stay in the heart of a quiet and rural hamlet. Ideally located (10 km) between two lakes, Baye and Merle (supervised beach, canoeing, paddle boarding, playground, mountain biking, fishing, etc.) and on Saint Jacques de Compostelle. Activities: boat or bike along the canal, walking or mountain biking in the forest. Visit Nevers, Veselay, Pougues-les-Eaux, Cosne-sur-Loire… Entertainment: Le Pal (amusement park and zoo), Magny-Cours circuit, Rugby

The Pond Farm

Large farmhouse offering a quiet location in a small hamlet. Located 5 minutes from the Étang du Merle (Beach, Pedalo...), the Étang de Baye leisure center (Beach, Paddle, Fishing...) and the Canal du Nivernais House on enclosed garden of 500 m2 with parking, composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a large living room of 45 m2 with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets, a large laundry room as well as a large stable Linens and towels are not provided (optional)

Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

Pignon sur Campagne

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Want nature, countryside in a bucolic and warm setting? So welcome between woods & bocage! 🌳🌳🌳 The house, with a cozy atmosphere, has a large garden on the edge of the forest with a beautiful panorama of the Nièvre bocage. For your comfort, linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are included in the price and the beds are made upon arrival. Charming mill in Burgundy – near Vezelay

Located on the banks of the river, on a charming 1.5 ha property, our mill is an ideal place to spend wonderful moments with friends and family. Ideally located to explore Burgundy (18 km Vézelay), stroll along the Nivernais canal, swim at the foot of the mill, go canoeing, cycling... the possibilities are endless. The Mill has 16 beds (in 2 houses: the Mill and a cottage).

La Maison du Contremaître

The Domaine des Carriers is a former limestone quarry whose old houses and outbuildings have been renovated into charming gîtes and guest rooms. This space, a true haven of peace and history, is located 5 minutes by car from Clamecy, 46 minutes from Auxerre and 2h35 from Paris. INFORMATION: There are dogs running loose on the estate.
