At the foot of the Donon massif, we offer a completely renovated gîte from an old barn. It consists of three bedrooms with bathroom for each: Two equipped with a shower and the third with a bathtub. A living room with lounge and TV, integrated and equipped kitchen, as well as a dining room. House on two levels, with a terrace, private fenced green area, and two parking spaces. Come and relax in this unique cocoon open to nature. The Üte Z1 is spacious and comfortable for 2 people and pleasant for 4 people. With views of the wooded mountains and the very charming village of Saint-Quirin, with its priory, and the very charming chapel on the hill. We have implemented “firm” reservations in response to last-minute cancellations without cause, but we remain open to discussion in cases of force majeure.

New 80 m2 wooden chalet, single-storey and perfectly equipped, accommodating 4 to 6 people.
