the amenities are really the most of this place, billiards, table tennis, petanque court, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The cardre is beautiful, and very quiet. Practical accommodation re functional. All with a very friendly and always available host. We'll be back!

We had a great stay at Phillipe's house. It's very spacious and accommodated our party of seven adults and two children with no problems. Lovely garden, and we enjoyed the nice warm pool and a few games of Carom billiards! Miannay is a nice quiet village, and we recommend the boucherie!

Perfect stay of a few days spent in Dieppe between teleworking and rest. The house is very well-equipped: the garden and heated pool are really nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and allows you to enjoy the sunset over the sea a few seconds' walk away. Patrick is very welcoming, friendly and available. I will come back without hesitation

We spent very nice days, the house is right on the beach, separated only by a street. The house was clean, the beds very comfortable and the bedding of good quality. Raphaël is a very hospitable and responsive host.

A service that matches the listing exactly. A very nice setting, a charming Belle Epoque villa with a superb fireplace in particular. Very nice interior design. The essentials are there for a pleasant stay. Close to the sea that you can see from the window even though it's not directly on the waterfront. My daughter and I are delighted with this stay. The only small downside is the soundproofing of the old houses. We had children upstairs running around their apartment, my daughter had contact with the mother and the children made a lot of effort. We highly recommend this rental.

Thank you for this fabulous accommodation, there were 10 of us and we didn't feel cramped at all. Lots of toys available for children, a very nice exterior, in short a great weekend with family and welcoming and very responsive hosts.

Very nice Aultoise house, a lot of charm, well-decorated, we felt very good as soon as we entered. Just review the kitchen a little with a one-piece countertop. Otherwise everything was perfect, good soundproofing between the floors and the street. I recommend

Ideal rental for sharing a relaxing time as a couple, the box is very well equipped and tastefully decorated from floor to ceiling. Ideal interior space, well arranged, beautiful comfortable furniture including the 2 armchairs and the king size bed, beautiful spacious shower with hot water and pressure (it seems normal but it is not always the case), moreover the top shower head in "fine rain" mode is super nice. Not to mention the pretty LED lights that add to the cozy atmosphere. Everything is provided: towels, bed sheets, soap, bathrobes, even a gourmet breakfast prepared with local and fresh products. All that remains is to fully enjoy this magnificent place, especially the terrace and the outdoor (but sheltered) jacuzzi, all in peace because the outdoor space is completely enclosed. If you add to this, a very welcoming and smiling host, responsive and available, it makes the box a must-see address on the Picardy coast.

The stay for my husband and I was very nice and fully met our expectations. It's very quiet and the view of the sea is wonderful. We always had dinner on the terrace in the evening and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. The apartment is very clean and cozy, the kitchen well equipped, the bed comfortable. We highly recommend this place. It is a 5-minute walk down to the village and to the beach. There are restaurants and a cabane with fresh seafood that can be eaten on site or taken away. If you walk along the beach, after about 10 minutes you will come to a wonderful beach bar (in Saint Margeurite) overlooking the sea where you can also eat fine food (reservation recommended). Vale les roses is very nice, a town about 15 minutes away by car (about 2.5 hours on foot).= There is also a bus service, but take a good look at the bus schedule. The bus does not run too often during the day during the holiday season.

Estelle is a very friendly host, concerned about the well-being of newcomers. Available as needed and full of good tips about the area around the accommodation. We are both housing and full service. thank you again for these 2 days
