Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Pryvé-Saint-Mesmin

Pleasant little accommodation. Perfect for a couple and to enjoy the banks of the Loire and the Orleans canal. Beautifully furnished with antique furniture and everything you need to cook

Wonderful, discrete hosts. Great house with large, private, fenced off space. Access to the forest directly outside of the property which was ideal for dogs. Loved the area with close proximity to all the castles of the Loire, just wish we had more time to enjoy this area for a bit longer. Big thanks again for hosting us, it is greatly appreciated ❤️

Gérard's accommodation and estate are really excellent! Completely tastefully renovated, the accommodation is great and perfectly meets the expectations of a modern Airbnb. The estate is very large, lots of charm and the activities available are a real plus! Finally, Gérard is very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

Accommodation a little small, probably needs a small TV in the living room to avoid always being cloistered in the bedroom, but that said, the equipment, storage, and cleanliness were all there, the host was responsive, the accommodation is super well located, we came at the time of the city fair, super good point, not too far from our accommodation by tram. Thank you so much. No right to access the courtyard (balcony)

Pretty decent accommodation in general but the oven and very dirty disaster impossible to those reheating a dish because no microwave . I would still recommend it for a short weekend because the host was accommodating on my late arrival and responsive

We had a fantastic stay at Fabrice’s apartment. He is one of the most exceptional hosts I have ever encountered. He goes out of his way to make sure that you know how every square inch of the apartment works. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Orléans.

I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful apartment and the kindest of hosts. We stayed here for four months and from the moment we arrived it felt like home. All the touches of a family home, spacious, full of character, all day light from windows , a wood fireplace. Every mod con. Induction stove, fridge with ice and water, coffee machine, all the plates, cutlery and cooking utensils you need. A laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer and stacked with cleaning materials. Top notch heating. The hosts? From the moment they collected us at the train station to the moment they delivered us back to the station, they could not have been more welcoming and generous in their responses to our requests. The location? Perfect. The magnificent church outside our window, the 10m walk across the wild Loire into the grandeur of the historic city. Fantastic theatre, art, sport, festivals. If you want to taste France, stay here and stay in this apartment. Thanks Alex and Sophie!

excellent villa, spacious and beautiful, with many extras and all working (barbecue, pool....) which is excellent to suggest something to improve, it would be the garden area, which is very nice and large, but it needs a little more care for the grass (mowing and watering) otherwise everything was perfect The hosts of 10

The place is amazing, even better than on the pictures. The park is beautiful and quite. we enjoyed the great swimming pool as we stayed with family including 2 young children. Beds were great. The house had everything we needed, all amenities. Strategic location from the Chateau de la Loire and for cycling. Yannick was really helpful. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful family home in a very wooded park. The rooms are very large and well-equipped. A playroom for the children and a large trampoline that made them happy. Check-in and checkout were flexible. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, we recommend without hesitation.

We all had a great time at this beautiful priory. What a joy to be able to make fire in the beautiful fireplace, to have such a beautiful space to share, to enjoy the indoor pool with the children while the men do sports next door, to spend a little relaxing time in the sauna! this house is amazing because of its peaceful location in the middle of the forest. A beautiful enchanted interlude that brings calm and serenity. Equipment, bikes and games that exceeded our expectations. We were 10 girls and the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite numerous. The atmosphere of the house is great and it feels perfectly good. It's extremely welcoming and the impression is that it's inhabited and not a rental. It feels like home. An experience to redo. If you're bringing children, they'll be thrilled. And if you come without you, you can go back to childhood. Thanks to Alexis for this wonderful experience.
