We had a fantastic week at La Gigon, so peaceful and relaxing, it had all we needed and more. Our 3 kids (6-9 years) had a ball in the pool and using all the games room had to offer. Judy was friendly and easy to communicate with and Jackie her property manager was welcoming and lovely. I highly recommend La Gigon and would love to return in the future.

What a great place - peaceful, spacious and private with everything you could ever need to make the time you spend at your home fun and relaxing. It did feel like a home from home. Olivier was helpful and responsive even months before the holiday and always replied within an hour. We had to drive all the way from Calais so explained that we’d be checking in late, he was very understanding even when this time got later and later, eventually arriving after 11pm Olivier still greeted us with a smile and a full tour of all of the facilities and living area, and remained helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L’Atelier to anybody, and would come back in a heartbeat. Merci Olivier!

Lovely home and perfect for the four of us. Very close to town and very quiet. Easy access to wonderful restaurants. The check in was great and cannot thank them for also taking my niece to Station as we had to leave before her. Parking is not for feint hearted but good. If you cannot face the reverse then easy to park on road heading out towards station. Would stay again. Thanks

Linda and Alex's villa is in a beautiful & peaceful location, it has a fantastic swimming pool and beautiful gardens with lots of things to do – table tennis, swimming, boules, & relaxing 😌 The area is wonderful with lots of River swimming and beautiful towns all within a 10/15 minute drive We will definitely be returning

Had a wonderful stay at this home. We had six people and there was plenty of room. The house is very clean and had great lighting-loved the windows. In a very peaceful area and felt very secure. My husband liked the walking trail. Views were awesome and close enough to Bordeaux to pop in to see the sights.

We had a great stay at Donna and Chris's. They are always approachable and respond quickly and adequately if something does come up. The accommodation we had was a very nice and spacious house, with large kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 large bedrooms. The pool is clean and nice. The accommodation is in a beautiful region, big cities and beautiful sights all < 1 hour drive. Less than 10 minutes' drive away are large supermarkets, and there are excellent restaurants in the area and region. We felt completely at home here and had a wonderful vacation. If you get the chance to book this accommodation I would!

A most excellent stay, comfortable, quiet, great pool, good facilities, great location for us, the provided breakfast was way better than expected, we would highly recommend The Grange and both Ian and Carol as hosts, superb value for money, and an ideal rural Frenchland location (pothole free roads yay), cheers!

Great stay in a charming environment near the river - Terry & John were very discrete. We absolutely loved the Jeux de Boulde terrain in the yard and the cosy pizza baking area.

We had the pleasure of staying with Anne and met a lovely host, full of good humor. She made sure we didn't miss anything for our stay without being intrusive. The accommodation is even nicer in real life than in the photos, the calm there is master, you will find something to do in the accommodation or there is no shortage of activities in the surroundings. We're already thinking about when we'll be back.

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

Extremely hospitable and welcoming hosts. Made us feel right at home, almost as if we were friends of the family! Very helpful and responsive on messaging, provided excellent recommendations of things to do (recommend the kayaking) and even invited us to the local village fête de musique. A wonderful, relaxing and memorable time which we would certainly recommend.

We loved our stay at Sylvie's place. From the first exchanges by messages until our departure, she was very attentive, responsive, available, welcoming and friendly. She recommended places to visit in the area. The accommodation is impeccable, spacious, very convenient for groups (there were 9 of us and there were still unused rooms, there are many bathrooms). A warm house with a lot of charm where you immediately feel at home, like in a family home. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable and friendly living room. Beautiful garden. Fireplace. Pool. We will gladly return for a longer stay and recommend it to those around us.

We had a super nice stay with Daniel and Claire, beautiful gite with welcome swimming pool, beautiful area for walking and cycling, but especially the peace and waking up with only the sound of the birds was super enjoyable for us, our dog Ziggy also enjoyed and felt very welcome. In short, highly recommended!

Great place for exploring the Dordogne countryside and surrounding areas. The house with a nice outdoor terrace with dining table and seating allowing us to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area and to listen to the birdsong. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped and we lacked for nothing. We booked very late and Pauline was very helpful and accommodating of our requirements, and the communication was excellent with lots of suggestions of things to do and places to go.

Our stay was very pleasant, we have an excellent memory of it! No unpleasant surprises because everything was in accordance with the descriptions and instructions; on the contrary, we were delighted with the quality of the welcome offered with this charming accommodation, which is beautifully decorated and arranged, very well equipped at all levels (indoors and outdoors). The bedding is extremely comfortable. Anne was very responsive, and flexible with our departure schedule. Everything was perfect!

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.
