It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

The house comprises the main family home and four self contained holiday homes. The house has a 30m long shaded south facing stone terrace with incredible views towards the Pyrenees.

You will be in the heart of nature for beautiful walks. 15 minutes from the Caroux massif, the Orb gorges, which you can go down by canoe, climbing slopes, and as close as possible to caving sites. The studio is equipped with a wood-burning stove for heating. It is adjoining the main residence but it is designed to be independent.
