We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.

22 m2 studio in a Normandy farmhouse. Located between Le Tréport and Dieppe, close to the sea of Saint-Martin-en-Campagne (9 km), 10 km from Penly. cottage - very nice little house

Very nice renovated small country house – small duplex 2/3 people (+/- 55 m2) – very quiet in the inner courtyard of an old 17th century farm, bordered by its meadows crossed by the Yères. The farm is no longer in operation.
