Apartment on the ground floor of a house, quiet, ideally located between amenities and mountains. It will be suitable for visitors as well as workers on the move (Alpespace 5 minutes away). 40 min from the nearest ski resorts (7 Laux, Revard, Les Saisies) 3 min from the Montmélian highway toll (10 min from Chambéry). The setting is rustic, the closest neighbors are the inhabitants of the 1st floor, a dog, a cat and chickens! You can park 2 cars inside the property.

This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.
