Beachfront vacation rentals in Saint Philip

My partner and I stayed for a week in Jess’s apartment, whilst I surfed and remote worked from the UK and close to my partners home in Oistins. Jess’s cosy apartment was just what we were looking for, private, quiet, comfortable and with lots of outside living space. The breeze blows through all the open shutters making it nice and cool and we enjoyed dinners in the garden and afternoon naps in the hammock. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Freights Bay to surf and 20 minute walk to Miami Beach and Oistins for the shops and places to eat. Jess was the highlight of the trip giving us loads of great recommendations and an all round great host and person. We will definitely be keeping in touch and saying again!

Lex’s place had it all. There is a beautiful beach right outside the back door, it’s walkable to a grocery store, several cafes and bars and the Friday fish fry. We also could grab busses right outside the house to get to Bridgetown for more beaches and restaurants. Walking around felt safe (well lit) but of course be aware of your surroundings and the cars wiz by so be aware of where the sidewalks are. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved how there were lots of towels and pillows! The only thing to prepare for is that the second bedroom gets traffic noise so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in that room.

My husband and I fell in love about 8 years ago with Barbados and this was our 8th visit to Barbados. We booked this villa about 3 days prior to our arrival, and were impressed with the quick communication and very easy self check in. The villa is beautiful, nice and white and bright. The beds were very comfortable and it was spotless. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels! It was lovely sitting on the deck watching the surfers, we felt safe and happy in the Freights Bay Area with a quick walk to Miami Beach, the location of this villa was convenient and within walking distance to the fish market and Masseys grocery store! A lovely villa in deed and another wonderful vacation in Barbados.

We had a great time at Jacqueline's place. The place is comfortable and peaceful at a great location near the sea. There garden is nice with shade from the trees and we enjoyed the ocean view from the sofa. Very friendly and helpful host. It is recommended to have a rental car to move around, because the place is not close to the popular beaches, supermarkets and markets. Overall it is a great place to stay!

This is such an awesome location! It literally overlooks the "Soup Bowl" and that is why we wanted to go to this area. Known as one of the most sought after surf spots in the world. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing and breeze flowing through the house. There are a mix of restaurants and cafes dispersed throughout the town so you can stay and explore. Bathsheba grew on us more and more with each and every day and we will absolutely be back to visit when the stars align again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in April 2025! This place is truly a gem, featuring a beautiful pool and a private, cozy jetty beach. You can lay down on your bed and watch and smell the ocean through the floor-to-ceiling open (if you wish) window. It had everything we could possibly need — we didn’t have to ask for anything extra. One standout detail (especially for travelers who love to stay organized): there was plenty of storage space for clothes and an enormous number of hangers — truly a dream for any woman on vacation! The location is also unbeatable — right in the heart of the island, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. You don’t need to drive anywhere (but if yiu do they have free parking spot, bus and taxis just next to the place); you can just walk and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. Honestly, it’s hard to believe a place like this exists! We are so grateful for this experience!

Great place overall! The unit itself is roomy, recent and clean. The location couldn’t be better; on The Gap, but not right in the bars section so it was quiet at night but you just had to walk 5 minutes to get to the action. Great host and his co-hosts were great as well. My wife and I really enjoyed our time and will be looking to come back with our daughters!

Love it, love it, love it. It was well worth it. Anyone vacationing in Barbados, Natasha's Crane apartment is the place for you. You will not have any regrets! only grateful praise. Everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable was provided. You only need to provide your own food. The apartment was spectacular and the view was to die for. I have been spoiled, the only place I will stay now when visiting Barbados is Natasha Crane apartment. Natasha, thank you for allowing me to stay in your Crane apartment. My husband and I so love it and can't stop talking about it.

Beachy Head villa & grounds are spacious, comfortable & easy living, with everything our extended family needed for a Caribbean holiday. The cottage provided a lovely peaceful getaway for adults with no children! The infinity pool was used before breakfast & dinner every day! We highly recommend a sunset massage on either patio! Michaels assistant, Sandra, went above & beyond to make our arrival, stay & departure smooth, enjoyable, & easy: arranging car rentals to facilitate families arriving & departing on the same days but at different times; securing beach items ready for our arrival. The housekeeper & grounds men kept everything spic & span. All the staff were helpful & knowledgeable. Beachy Head villa & cottage are perfect for large groups who enjoy: a simple lifestyle & pleasures; time together but with space to call your own; quiet surroundings, except for the sound of the ocean & the wind in the palm trees; easy access to the airport, amenities & beaches. Mela was a kind, helpful, gracious host and we loved staying in her container house. He dogs are lovely and kid friendly and the pool was a great way to start and end the day. Shark Hole is a very cool little spot right across the street and the Cliffs of Awe are a short walk down the street. Highly recommended for a casual getaway in a quiet part of the island!

It is a very nice villa with everything one needs being there in place. Feels like at home, feels like everything is thought through to support you just focusing to ocean and enjoying the Sun. The booking process is fast and efficient with all information you need to know coming on you as by default. The housekeeping is nicely flexible, even if one comes to check-in late or needs to check-out deep in the night. Visiting the island for already quite some times, I always check first if La Petite Valaise is available. Can only recommend.

Beautiful hideaway at the stunning Bottom Bay. Villa is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect self catering holiday. A quiet base to explore the Island of Barbados. As a family of 4 we have had the most amazing holiday, mixing pool days at the villa with excursions to the many stunning beaches around Barbados. The villa provided a home from home feel and we quickly fell in love with Island living.

Absolutely loved our stay at Clarke's place at The Crane. Clarke was very quick to respond and helpful. Beautiful spacious rooms, great amenities, comfortable bed. Lovely private pool. The staff at The Crane were friendly and helpful and the beach at the crane was a lot of fun. Looking forward to hopefully coming back sometime.

By far the most stunning thing about this house is the location. It truly sits high on a cliff and below is a rocky edge of sea and beach.The house itself is spacious and stocked with all the amenities needed for a week long stay with extended family. The doors in the main part of the house open to stunning views and fresh salt air. We found the constant sea breeze to be more than enough to keep the days comfortable and the nights cool. The beach just steps away from the house was a bit rough for swimming but lovely for a morning or evening stroll. Just 20 min. away in the town of Oistins and has a great calm beach for swimming and sunbathing. Crane's Resort is also just a 5 min. drive from the house and has a great beach and spa that we took advantage of. There are many local fruit and fish fry stands around the neighborhood which we frequented with great pleasure. Locals were super friendly and were more than willing to share their favorite spots on the island with us. Dis Ole House restaurant is about 10 min. drive from the house. Great food and cocktails were you can dine outside in an adorable courtyard with string lights and lush vegetation. Lastly, Sandra the house manager was more than helpful. She was easy to communicate with, greeted us upon arrival and answered any questions we had from finding a babysitter to house logistics. We will be back for sure!
