I will be happy to host you in this apartment located on the 2nd and top floor of a building comprising 3 apartments. You will be located in the city center of Guingamp. Small house between St Brieuc and Guingamp (15 minutes) furnished 30 m² composed of a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, with entrance and private parking. Available from September 20, 2025 to May 30, 2026. We only rent to interns, graduate students, and students on work-study contracts. You just need to book a minimum of 5 nights for each booking and for each booking request, you'll need to provide proof of school enrollment.

Ty mam goz (Grandma's house in French) is a former fisherman's house completely renovated and equipped. Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. This stay has a small wood stove that can enhance cooler days or evenings. You will live there to the rhythm of the tides in the greatest comfort.

The "Le Relais de La Poterie" cottage is a stone house dating from the 17th century. It has just been renovated and can now accommodate a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 guests. It has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a 1200 m² lawn located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends.
