This small single-storey house of 45 m2 with a wooded garden🌳, flat and fenced of 800 m2 is ideal for nature lovers! Newly renovated at the beginning of the year, the gîte is composed of: - a kitchen open to the living room - living room with fireplace - 2 bedrooms - shower room - and separate powder room. Our cottage is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

We appreciate its spacious living areas, its master bedroom with shower room, not to mention its swimming pool shared with another gîte (open May to September). Located not far from the medieval town of Figeac, the accommodation is less than an hour's drive from must-see sites such as Rocamadour or the Gouffre de Padirac.
