Agréable studio situé en plein centre du Mans, proche gare et circuit (10mn en transport en commun ou voiture), au pied du tramway. Composé d'une pièce de vie/chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Places de parking disponibles à 2mn en transport, 5mn à pieds. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous aimons remettre les clés à nos voyageurs en mains propres. Néanmoins, après 20h, ces dernières peuvent être récupérées dans la boîte à clés. Linge de lit fourni. Serviette 5€ en supplément.

A large living room and kitchen with fridge, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction stove and microwave entirely reserved for tenants. The accommodation also has a small private terrace. The accommodation includes a corridor leading to a bedroom with a 160 x 190 bed and walk-in shower on one side, and a large living room with kitchen open to the dining/living room.
