Very close to the Château de Villemonteix, the small Villa Montis is a traditional stone cottage, convenient and cozy, ideal for a stay for two. A small flower garden is arranged in front of the property so you can enjoy the sunny days. Upstairs: a spacious 18 m² bedroom-living room with new bedding. The bed is made upon arrival. On the ground floor: a kitchen-living room with a wood burning stove in the fireplace and a small shower room with a dry toilet. Enchanting surrounding setting 🍃

Guéret, Aubusson 25' Felletin, Milles Vaches Plateau 35' Lake Vassivière 45' La Creuse is a 15-minute walk away. Towels and bed-sheets not provided. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

This former workshop, completely renovated, has become a lovely, cozy little house. Located close to the village, in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has a magnificent view of the valley. Renovated in an industrial style to preserve its original character, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room, and a cozy bedroom upstairs. A small terrace will allow you to enjoy the view. Free parking in front of the house. A true haven of peace!
