Place that fits perfectly with the photos. It is on the ground floor on the courtyard side, so very quiet. In the city center, parking is charged but still possible to park nearby on free streets. For professionals, a small workspace or a larger table is missing to be able to work as needed. Fiber connection is a big plus!

A lively and inhabited apartment that reveals the (good) musical and literary tastes of the owner... everything you're looking for in an Airbnb! Well located, everything nearby for discovering St Nazaire, shopping, the sea, restaurants. Jean-Sébastien was accommodating for our arrival and is a very friendly and generous host in what he makes available. Recommended!

This was our first visit to Guérande and we were delighted not only by the region but also by the beautiful accommodation provided by our hosts, Anne Laure and Claude. The welcome was warm and upon entering the accommodation we immediately felt at home. The decoration matches perfectly with the region and the sunsets from the balcony made us spend unforgettable moments. In short, go without a second thought to fully enjoy and take your shower with a view of the sea ☺️

A good place to spend a few days in Saint Nazaire and surroundings. As a host, Francoise was always approachable and helpful with recommendations. Particularly noteworthy is the great location of the apartment with a view and a few minutes walk to the Atlantic beach.

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and animals which is our case). 5-minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it.

We recommend Serge de Claire's house! We had a great weekend there! The house is very nice, the environment is quiet, you can hear the waves... The beach is a 2-minute walk away, the walk on the GR to Monsieur Hulot beach and to the semaphore is very nice. The house is very well equipped, whether in the bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room or kitchen. Everything has been thought out by Serge and Claire so that their guests feel right at home. 😉

We spent a few wonderful days in the nice house of Veronique.. It is decorated with great attention to detail, and sparkling clean. We felt very welcome, cookies and coffee were ready and in the garden there was even a bucket of water for our dogs. The location is fantastic, you can walk to the sea or to the pine forests. It is also a convenient base for, for example, a day trip to Pornic, a nice town nearby. We were lucky with beautiful sunny weather and have also been able to use the enclosed garden. Not only for us, but also for our dogs it was a wonderful place to stay, we will definitely come back.

We had a great time at Myriam's place. The house is very nice and very well-equipped, nothing is missing. The location is fabulous with great views and direct access to the coastal trail. We'll be happy to go back!

Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! As soon as we arrived, the charm worked. This house, thrown there, facing the vastness of the sea, is one of those places that imposes itself by its obviousness. It doesn't tell stories; it allows you to live them, offering a setting where time slows down and you reconnect with the essentials. Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the stock by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.
