Upon entering the apartment, you will arrive in the main room (living room, dining area). From there you will have access on one side to the kitchen and bathroom by going up 2 small steps. On the other side, you will have the bedroom. The apartment is accessible by a staircase and offers two double bedrooms, including a mezzanine bedroom accessible by stairs (caution for young children). Possibility to rent the neighboring accommodations for up to 10 people. No smoking allowed, pets to be discussed.

Single-story house for 6 people

This house can offer a relaxing stay for the whole family. It consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, toilet and shower room. An equipped terrace is at your disposal. It is located on the balcony of Belledonne, between the spa resorts of Uriage and Allevard but also between the ski resorts of Chamrousse and 7 Laux. It is about 20 minutes from ST Micro and SOITEC, 30 minutes from Grenoble and 45 minutes from Chambéry

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!
