Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There is no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and bedroom to the southwest which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I myself live on the ground floor, there are no other residents.
