Hi , As we love the area, we decided to build a charming little house to spend family time in the heart of nature. Our house (which has just been completed) is located in a place called SIRAN in the municipality of LOUBRESSAC. Our house is located 100 meters from the viewpoint of the Autoire waterfall in a hamlet made up of a dozen houses. This place is great for staying with the whole family and spending peaceful moments there.

Boscau Manor, Louis IX

Our Manoir du Boscau is located in the Dordogne valley, opposite the majestic castle Castelnau-Bretenoux in the north of the department de Lot. The Manoir was built around 1450 by the Benedictine monk Gilles del Bosce, blanket of the priory of nearby Carennac. The estate consists of a private park garden with various terraces and seats with about 10 hectares of forest and meadow including a small private lake.

Studio of 25m2 located in a quiet and nature environment. 2 minutes from the shops and the town of St Céré. On the ground floor of the owners' house with a separate entrance. The studio includes a main room with access to the garden and the private terrace. It comes with a double bed and a kitchenette. Separate bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Great location to visit the sights of the area.

It is a small cabin converted into a bedroom with a bathtub, handwasher (not separate) and its private toilets. It will be a perfect little nest for all lovers! There is a small terrace reserved for you and you have access from June to September to the unheated pool that we share.
