That’s definitely a good place to stay around Paris. It is small, quiet and comfortable, far enough from the crowds but with easy access to the city by train or bus. It has the basic utilities so we could prepare nice meals. I would stay again at this place.

The kitchenette is fitted with a white refrigerator adorned with various stickers. A framed floral poster is mounted on the wall beside it. The floor features light wood herringbone pattern, while the cabinetry is designed in a clean white finish.

My stay at Leocadie’s apartment was very pleasant. The place is clean, full of light and very spacious. You can be in the center of Paris within 20 minutes without paying the city high price or staying in a ridiculously small place. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment is small, but completely sufficient for a city trip. It was clean and functionally furnished. The location is quiet and safe, and in about 10 minutes you can walk to the nearest metro station – ideal for exploring Paris. Particularly positive to highlight is the hostess Hyacinte: very warm and helpful, with many good tips for our stay. Overall a good place to stay for a few days in Paris!

Great welcome from Dominique's dad who was able to give us clear instructions on the areas around the Airbnb (bakery, restaurant, etc.). The apartment is great and very pleasant to live in. For a stay in Paris, it's ideal. 5 min walk from subway.
