Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés

There was scaffolding on the building blocking our view when we arrived but Phillippe immediately offered us a larger apt. to compensate for the obstructed view. The apt. was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were extremely comfortable for our 6 nights in Paris. Phillippe greeted us with a basket of fruits and water and he could not be more responsive and helpful. It was a perfect location walkable to most attractions and extremely close to the Georges V metro line.

I already knew Vitry Sur Seine, and I recommend it to everyone to spend a few days in Paris without spending a lot. It is very quiet and close to Paris, its inhabitants are friendly and cordial.

Everything was great: nice and tidy apartment, convenient neighborhood, close to the metro, you can get to the city center quickly. Meli is very attentive, quick to respond and take care of guests. The photos do justice. Thank you for this great place!

We loved our stay here! The location was absolutely perfect! Only one train stop from Disney and about 30 minutes from central Paris on the train. The area is clean with lots of places to eat or supermarkets if eating at home! The apartment was clean and homely, check in instructions were clear and helpful. My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is tastefully decorated but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and has a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angélique is very welcoming and friendly.

Allison was very accommodating and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect with an easily accessible metro station around the corner. We felt safe and didn’t have any issues. Thank you Allison!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect and has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It's definitely a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth. Staying at your house was wonderful.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.
