Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Eight of us spent five nights in this villa, and we had a great time. The check in process was incredibly easy, but getting the main door unlocked was difficult at times. Other than that everything else made our visit exceptional. The living room and kitchen was open and conducive to group activities and conversation. There were not many pictures of the bedrooms, but there five bedrooms and a bonus loft space. There are several small grocery stores and restaurants in the area, and a train station is about a 10 minute walk away. It was easy to walk the city or catch a train into Paris. Overall, I would recommend this spot. If you are looking for the Paris feel without the hustle, this is the place for you.

Thanks to John for hosting us and for being responsive. I came with a friend for the weekend to disconnect and the place is ideal for that! We loved the outdoors, the equipped kitchen and the bedrooms. A quiet and pleasant place. We'll be happy to go back!

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

Many thanks to Olivier! His place was just as described and in a great neighborhood. Two doors one way fantastic boulangerie; two doors the other way amazing gelato; and several great restaurants in between. Easy walk to two metro stations to get almost anywhere we wanted to go. Merci beaucoup!

Beautiful old Parisian style apartment and special view! This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb I ever did. Romantic and walkable. 2 mins from the Sacré Coeur Cathedral. You won't be disappointed. The area is quiet and close to metro as well. I love it!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, located on a quiet, safe, and tidy street. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the experience.

All the occupants were more than delighted, each with their own space while being close to the others, a common room large and friendly enough. a very quiet and secure residence. Ben’s place is located in Enghein Les Bains, one of the most posh Paris suburb which can easily commute to Paris within 10 mins. The villa itself is 5 mins walk to the train station (Deuil-la-Barre) and everything including enghein city, supermarkets and restaurants. I am quite familiar with Paris and I always feel like booking something at Enghein Les bains, Villa itself is nice and spacious. we walked through roads full of flowers and roses. Ben is very friendly, flexible and responsive. I don’t have any hesitation to recommend it to anyone

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

Great accommodation, very nicely decorated with toile de Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I would recommend it.
