The house was close to Louisville, easy access to the interstate and the outlet mall was just down the road. Very comfortable and cozy place to stay

This home was as described, had plenty of room, and was comfortable. It has the necessities for a good stay. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. Good value considering how many guests the house can accommodate. The neighborhood is large, but quiet.

The place was very big. A family could stay there. The bathroom was clean and there was shampoo, conditioner and lotion which I liked. The bed was very comfortable-probably my favorite bed in all of the places I have rented. There is a large dresser to use if you choose; I would have liked a luggage rack to put my suit case on because I did not want to use the dresser. Full kitchen if you choose to cook. I was confused on where to park due to "no parking tow zone" signs on the fence. Christian let me know those were there so strangers did not park there. We wound up parking on the street in front- which was free and easier for us. Good location, and close to restaurants and such. You can easily walk to them. We did not find it loud, but there wasn't a lot of people around when we were there. Christian got back to me within about 15 min. with answers to my questions. I thought the place was a nice place to rent and would rent again if in the area.

We were in Jeffersonville for a local festival and have done hotels in the past. This was a welcome change! loved having a kitchen, separate rooms, and extra space. Only caution is if you have toeugle with stairs, the front has quite a few. Other than that, nice neighbors and close to the river, restaurants and big four park. Great stay.

Perfect house in the perfect location. The house has a lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance and is a short drive to everything else. It also had the perfect little backyard for our dogs to run around. Highly recommend.

Anne was friendly and helpful. She supplied so many extras that there was something in each room to make you smile, from a S'mores kit to robes and slippers, and extra shampoo and body wash. We were able to use the fire pit and felt comfy and at home during our stay.

Pam's place was clean, cozy and convenient. The neighborhood is a hidden gem --very walkable in several directions, with coffee, ice cream, beer, pub food, and several different ethic foods all within an easy walk. Highly recommended for parties of 4 with a dog. Excellent instructions, ez checkin/checkout. Cannnot recommend this place enough!

Our stay at Becca and Alfonso’s greenhouse was fantastic. Even though we booked just a day or two in advance, they were incredibly responsive and provided clear, detailed directions that made everything easy. The neighborhood was quiet and charming—we took a walk and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was unique and full of character, with beautiful plants that gave it a fresh, calming vibe. The backyard was a perfect bonus—spacious and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place had a great deck and a great view of the water! The house was very clean and welcoming and was well furnished and fit our needs perfectly. It matched the description exactly and the only surprise was just how much nicer it was in person! Would recommend to others and would stay here again. Fredie was prompt and helpful. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. Our stay with our pups was great! The living area is open, with lots of room for the whole family. Bedrooms are generously sized, plenty of room even with a dog crate. We loved the private, fenced backyard. The location is unmatched. We walked to a different coffee shop each morning, and ice cream at night. I would stay again and heartily recommend this property. What a great neighborhood.

Wonderful place for a single family with kids and or dogs. The large fenced in yard made the stay that much better allowing our dogs to play in the yard to their heart’s content. The area is quiet and plenty of food options very close by.

I have found my home away from home! Darling little house, tastefully furnished, peaceful, quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the fireflies come out. I had a great night’s sleep. It was easy to find and convenient for exploring Louisville. I will definitely stay again!

I’ve had many experiences where airbnbs were not cleaned properly, but this house was very clean, which is important for me. It was also comfortable, kid friendly, and well stocked. The host was so kind and responsive and I would definitely stay here again. I think the house was so clean and livable because the host actually lives there. But that also means you can’t use the dressers to unpack your clothes. That wasn’t a big deal for me but just something to be aware of!

I was shocked that the place looked even better in person than it did the pictures. The camper was clean and very spacious. We never felt cramped or anything! The bed was very comfy and the entire place was stocked with everything you’d need. We really enjoyed our stay. It was pretty secluded and very private while still being close enough to everything for convenience. We loved watching the fireflies at night and there was always a deer or bunny to observe while hanging out around the fire pit. We will definitely be returning for our next trip to Louisville!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place, and he was a kind and warm host. Beds were super comfortable and we appreciated all the lovely aspects such as the quality furniture, spacious rooms, screened in porch, and more. Very close to the park where my partner was able to go for daily runs. Walkable neighborhood and perfect all around. I could go on :) We will definitely be back!

We loved that there were dressers for clothing since we stayed a week. It was a very convenient location for where we were working. The neighborhood was nice and it the house felt like home. The couch was comfortable to sit relax on after the work day. It was wonderful that there were food storage containers especially since we cooked in most most meals.

Very enjoyable host. Very clean met all our needs. Will diffently book again if staying in the area.
