Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Martin-du-Vieux-Bellême

We had a great time with the family. The cottage is very welcoming, clean and the little touches are too nice. We enjoyed the garden and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sheep meadow. We'll be happy to go back.

The Perche area is outstandingly beautiful. The apartment had a lovely view across the fields and into the distance. Saw deer everyday. The houses and towns in the area are very characterful. For those who like tourist attractions there is not a lot in the area. For those who just want peace and beauty you will not be disappointed. The spiral stairs up to the bedroom are steep but no different to what is advertised. The quality of the bathroom upstairs means you can confine to going up/down to once a day! Roads to and from the property are quiet and wide enough for two cars. We had a lovely 5 day stay.

While overnight, our late arrival was no problem and we felt very good in the house. We also enjoyed the terrace for quiet breakfast. We will keep the address in case of the next visit to Le Perche!

Very good hosting by Thierry in his little paradise. The house enjoys absolute calm in a bucolic place. The garden is beautiful and very well furnished. The house is perfectly equipped (special mention to the particularly comfortable bedding). We'll be back without hesitating.

We had a great family weekend of ascension in your beautiful home. The setting is peaceful, bucolic, rejuvenating. Lots of activities for children are available: soccer cages, scooters, carriers, foosball, ping-pong, pool... etc. both the little ones and the older ones had a great time. And the older ones loved fishing in the pond. The house has large volumes, it is very beautiful, well renovated, very well equipped, tastefully decorated, ideal for reunions for families or groups of friends. In short, a flawless one. Everything was perfect. We'll have plenty of good memories of this wonderful weekend and will be happy to come back.

Olivier's house is nestled in the bucolic and soothing setting of Perche. The decoration, elegant and neat, testifies to a refined taste. A big thank you to Johann, super clear welcome message! access to the garden is fantastic, it's the most beautiful private garden I've ever seen in my life, it's worth the detour, I just regret not being able to work there (missing a small table and chair) Otherwise fridge with the capacity to accommodate large bottles, impeccable bedding, nickel bathroom! All in the freshness, and in good smells. This accommodation is a little gem for 2 people! Johann even dropped us off at my request with wooden cooking utensils... I would recommend this place 200%

We spent a weekend at Sabrina's for the 24h of Le Mans. We were pleasantly surprised, on the one hand by the environment and the calm of the building as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation. Perfectly clean, spacious, really bright apartment, with a beautiful kitchen with very recent appliances. 2 very large closets in the hallway allow you to easily store linen and personal belongings of 4 people (wardrobe and linen): to unpack the suitcases without anything lying around in the living room or bedroom. The bedroom side bedding combines comfort and quiet at night. The sofa is easily convertible, for those who like a firm bed. The long balcony allows you to have coffee outside and overlooks a public garden. The house of the holy spouses Zélie and Louis Martin is 5 minutes away, the basilica and the old streets 7 minutes away by strolling. Everything is within walking distance, once the car is parked right in front, no worries even with a large 8-seater vehicle. We'll keep the address for a future stop in Orne!
