Come and discover this beautiful farm from 1740, renovated only by David and Véro in 2017 (photo of renovation on USB stick visible on large screen TV). To visit the hilltop villages: La Garde Adhémar, Clansayes, Saint Restitut, as well as the markets of Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, less than an hour away the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont du Gard, the crocodile greenhouse, the gorges of Toulourenc, the castles of Grignan, Suze la Rousse, Mont Ventoux (visible from the terrace). The owner lives next door.

It is a small semi-detached house, located a 10-minute walk from the village of St Martin d'Ardèche and the river, in the Roches Verte residence. The parking space is about 60 m from the cottage. This one has a small enclosed terrace, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but no more than one per stay and a security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival if you have a pet (returned no later than 1 week after). Air conditioning and WiFi access.

In our very typical village of St Quentin la Poterie, all shops, you will fall in love with the creations of potters, restaurants, the farmers' market on Tuesdays and the authentic Provencal market on Fridays in a southern atmosphere.

Ideally located in the heart of the village. Thanks to this location, you can enjoy the beach and shops on foot. On a property consisting of 4 identical cottages, each with its own private terrace as well as a free and secure parking space, the cottages also have a shared pool, a shared summer kitchen and a shared Jacuzzi. A luggage storage service will be available for all the cottages. Sheets and cleaning are included in the rental.
