Studiocaroline44 n°2 is a new independent studio, adjoining my main residence, quiet and comfortable. Ideal for 2 people, it is very suitable for 3 or 4 guests thanks to a 160 × 200 double bed on the mezzanine and a 160 × 200 trundle bed located on the ground floor. Single-storey accommodation, easy to access and suitable for the elderly. Close to Nantes, the airport, Planète Sauvage and 25 minutes from the beaches. Sheets, towels, coffee and tea provided. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.
