Flatlet by the sea

The house overlooks the Irish sea facing south/south west at the front and overlooking a tennis court (public) and golf course at the rear. Views are special with great walks on your doorstep. The house is a 15 minute walk to the village centre and under 10 minutes brisk walk to the local Pub. The suite is on the ground floor at the rear of the house with its own access. Small Inflatable beds can be provided for up to 2 at a small extra charge. Food available on a self service basis as agreed.

One bedroom apartment close to amenities.

Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

Rose Cottage has been a holiday let since 2007. It is close to the historic village of St John's, rural countryside, Ballacraine corner on the TT course and the city of Peel and it's beach . The cottage has original features, a south facing aspect and has a very cosy feel. It is centrally located and ideal for exploring the island.
