Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer

We stayed at Sebastien's place as a family for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. Even the first days of storm we spent very well in the small duplex apartment. It has everything you need. The view is incredibly beautiful and you can reach everything on foot from the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely welcome by Jeremy. The studio was impeccable and very well-equipped. The only small downside is that it was very hot during our stay and the apartment is not air-conditioned. So we had stuffy nights despite the fan. Otherwise, the apartment is well located, close to the beach and shops (supermarket, bakery, pizza truck etc...). This area is very beautiful. We managed to park close enough every day. In short, it's a place I would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay. The apartment is as described, great location with magnificent views! we enjoyed excellent restaurants. a very nice walk to do on the coastal path of the peninsula of St Mandrier. we will gladly come back for a longer stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend this listing and host. We were warmly welcomed in a perfectly located apartment! Nathalie had even planned a little treat for the child who was with us. She was always responsive to our questions. The view from the terrace is splendid. The accommodation was very well equipped and in a residence offering multiple services (swimming pool, tennis courts).

Very nice accommodation, and the balcony does its job, but it's a shame that the immediate environment, very urban, and therefore a little noisy, during the day, is not up to par. As for the location, it's just perfect. Proximity to shops, restaurants and beaches, makes the destination very pleasant for those who want to stay without taking the car. I would gladly recommend it.

The accommodation was remarkably clean with superb decor. The terrace with jacuzzi was a real plus. They offered us a bed downstairs for the safety of our children. It's really the first Airbnb where we didn't miss anything, they had everything we needed. No complaints, everything was great and the hosts are very responsive, very friendly. Recommended ++

We loved staying in Veroniques unique and artsy flat. We especially loved the green and private garden and enjoyed many cozy breakfasts and dinners there. The neighborhood is nice and has many boulangeries close by to get your croissants and baguettes in the morning. The best feature is the calm little pebble beach a 2 minute walk away. If we could name one downside it would be that it might not be the most comfortable for 4 adults as the sleeping spot in the loft is quite cramped due to the low ceiling. Overall a great stay!

We were hosted very well, the environment is very quiet and relaxing. The coffee bean machine is a nice extra, it's a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

A big thank you to David for his responsiveness, his flexibility with check-in which was possible, his hospitality and the small touches on arrival. My little girl had a great time with the stuffed animals and little books and especially with the garden stones. The fact that David accepts animals is really an asset for us We will treasure this property. The house is really very nice and with everything you need for a short or long stay and above all so well located, the calm is a bonus i highly recommend it

Jacky is a very nice host, we were very well looked after. The place is very quiet and the property is very well maintained, a beautiful garden with terrace, table, chaise longue and swing. the proximity of the hosts' accommodation is not a problem, they are very discreet. The apartment is very beautiful, well arranged, functional and very well equipped (everything is there) if I had to be very picky I would say that the only tiny downside is the air conditioning is a little noisy. we had a great time. thanks , and see you soon

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace gives intimate outdoor access, which is very much appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the runways of the airport quite close, the noise (during the day only) is more of a nuisance than a nuisance. Good amenities, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In short, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

The contact was super easy, always helpful and available. Check-in was great, direct contact with a taxi driver for arrival and departure. The accommodation has everything you need, but we had to buy small things like kitchen paper or dishwasher tabs. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, we will all be happy to come back!!!

Thanks Maeva! We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony and were happy about the unexpected bonus front porch, too. People in Saint-Mandrier were all super friendly. For visitors who don’t have much experience with French swimming pools: Please remember that men’s swimming shorts aren’t allowed - better find and pack some speedos. The ferries to and from Toulon were very reliable. Getting to the apartment by train / TGV and ferry was easy.

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at any time if needed. Regarding the apartment, I'm trying to find something negative but I don't see anything. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you come in, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal size for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be repeated as soon as possible.

Great location! Easy walk to the city waterfront. Gated parking right at the complex. Jean-Luc was so nice and accommodating with check-in and check-out. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The view is phenomenal! We will definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Patricia was an amazing host- responsive, proactive, and pleasant. Her home is an amazingly restful place. We enjoyed people-watching the few locals and neighbors who use this bay to swim and play. The moon light over the Mediterranean was gorgeous! I would recommend this location to all my loved ones.
