There are 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 of which overlook the large pool and outdoor seating area whilst the remaining 2 overlook the beautifully picturesque sandstone village of Saint Magne de Castillon which is nestled in amidst the Castillonnais vineyards. 7 minutes drive from St Emilion and 50 minutes drive from Bordeaux, it's an ideal spot to enjoy a group / family holiday!

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms equipped with 140 bed, one bedroom equipped with a 120 bed, as well as a toilet. On the ground floor, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and bathtub and toilet. Garden furniture, barbecue, ping pong table as well as tasting our wines will be at your disposal

This pretty quiet house is independent, but adjoining on one side (our house). It has a small terrace and garden. Guests will have access to a 5-seater hot tub, from which you will have exceptional views of the Dordogne. The house is air-conditioned. When you leave, 1 charming little staircase will take you directly to the water's edge. You can access the city center along the river. 10 minutes from St. Emilion, all amenities nearby.
