Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

La Chandelle, in the Hameau du Potager, is a Cottage in the Heart of the Domaine de La Breteche. The entrance is opposite the Château. The Jardinet gives direct access to Hole No. 1 and walks in the park. Quiet and magical place, outside of time for a complete disconnection. La Brière, Regional Park since 1970, will offer you a multitude of bike or barge rides, to discover the protected fauna and flora in this corner of France away from the tumult of the Coast.

Charming salt worker's house renovated in 2020, quiet and with a closed and green garden, located in the village of Saillé in the heart of the salt marshes of Guérande. Ideally located, the bay of La Baule, the port of Le Pouliguen and the ramparts of Guérande are only 2 kilometers away. The village of Saillé has two renowned restaurants, a newsstand and a bread depot.
