Everything is great, the apartment is very nice and was very clean. It has great views and a beautiful garden. The truth is that there is nothing wrong. Everything was adequate and as described in the ad.

it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

We stayed in a spacious accommodation spread across four floors, featuring one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The property is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from a small train station, making it relatively easy to reach—especially if you're arriving via a larger hub like Montreux. However, it's important to note that while the location is scenic and peaceful, the nearby train station is very small and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. We arrived late and hadn't realized that basic shopping (e.g., milk, butter, kitchen roll, hand towels for the kitchen) needed to be done in advance or in a larger town. Future guests may want to plan ahead and stock up on essentials before arriving. That said, the mountain views and tranquil setting

Found a beautiful, quiet and comfortable house at Lake Leeman, on the border of France and Switzerland, with a warm and responsive host, a great stay, worth every traveler who loves the view!

We had a great time. The description of the accommodation and amenities is exactly in line with reality. Stunning views of Lake Geneva. The place is very pleasant and quiet, ideal for a relaxing stay. It feels like home. Jean Luc is a very friendly, caring and accommodating host. We recommend 100%,you won't be disappointed.

We had a great time, very comfortable beds, everything perfect. Very useful coffee machine and kettle, with everything you need to use them. Very convenient parking space and lake, restaurants and funicular less than 10 minutes from the house. We will definitely be back, also because we felt welcomed with care by Stephanie, who is always very helpful with advice.

A beautifully presented apartment. It was easy to access and clear instructions were given on how to find the property and how to get in. The interiors are beautiful and wonderfully craftsmanship with all the beautiful wood touches. Me and my family had a wonderful stay!

This was by far the most satisfying accommodation during our trip to Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully designed, reflecting the host’s elegant and refined taste throughout. Everything was perfectly arranged and well equipped, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. Claire was a lovely, friendly host who has gone to the trouble to produce an invaluable glossy magazine that has the apartment details, local food shops, restaurants, excursions and sights all listed. The apartment is modern, clean and airy. However, we spent most of our time in the garden as the Eastern views of the terraced vineyards, lake and mountains is breathtaking!!! My wife had visited the area before for work and I can now see why she wanted to return with me. Wonderful apartment and tremendous locale!

Highly authentic and tranquil property that feeds the soul. Remote without being isolated. Outstanding views and location for being in nature. I stayed for 5 weeks and fully enjoyed my stay and would recommend if you love outdoor living / activities. My only build would be to install Wifi as its a mandatory for remote working, mapping hiking routes and media entertainment in the evenings etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivanka's condo. We were looking for something serene and peaceful, and we found exactly that! You have an amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and the huge balcony allows for a total submersion into the surrounding nature. I particularly enjoyed the hanging chair on the balcony. We also really appreciated that we had everything we needed; we did not have to want for anything. The space was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. Ivanka was also extremely responsive, always under 10 minutes, and this was so lovely. She gave excellent suggestions and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ivanka!

Wonderful studio apartment with a real bohemian vibe. So peaceful, a chance to experience a different kind of life to that in the big city.

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

A very nice apartment. Check-in and check-out well organized. Great location. We liked it. The street is busy, so we had to keep the windows closed at night. The windows are well insulated, but you could still easily hear the traffic. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the beach, but we were able to lie down next to the water.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying with Patrizia and Antonio, without a doubt the best hosts we’ve ever had on Airbnb. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. They’re the kind of people who remind you that there’s still so much goodness in the world, the kind you can count on, even as strangers. We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

A truly wonderful stay in the heart of the Swiss mountains. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Waking up to the breathtaking views each morning was a highlight. We had a great welcome from Jean Luc upon arrival, with ideas for walks in Evian and the surrounding area. The apartment is in a very good location in the center and Lake Evian. The city is nice. The apartment has everything you need (like at home). The garden is nice for naps. 😉 We had a great time and recommend.
