Charming little house 10 minutes walk from the city center and the train station, sacred heart district. 5 minutes from all shops , butchery, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacco...The house is in front of my own house. the common garden is in the middle of 2 houses . On the other hand, a small private garden with barbecue is reserved for the rental house (see photo). Parking is easy on the street . The entrance to the house is 40 meters from the street and accessible by private path.
