Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Le belvédère - Independent gîte

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Gite furnished in an old farmhouse. 3 bedrooms with shower room as well as 2 toilets. A large living room of 55 m² with fitted kitchen open to the living room, exposed pebble walls. An outdoor wooden terrace of 20 m² with table, umbrella, barbecue and large covered terrace of 80 m². Large 1000 m² garden that will delight children. Independent access, free parking on premises. Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Apartment at the gates of Vercors

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

In the countryside, near Romans sur Isere, small cottage of about 30 m2 on our property next to our house. Many walks are within walking distance or further to Vercors (1/2 H), the Postman Cheval Palace or the Abbey of Saint Antoine. We will be happy to advise you on the many activities to do in the area; Well-behaved and sociable pets welcome ON REQUEST as the garden is shared; Linen rental possible (€12), optional cleaning fee (€40).
