Appartement duplex de caractère de 92 m2 au sol (64 Carrez), situé au 5e et dernier étage d’un petit bâtiment, nous l’avons rénové pour y élever nos 2 bambins. Calme et reposant , atypique avec son mur de pierre, son escalier de fer, son parquet ancien et son balcon filant , très clair puisque traversant, il est idéal pour les voyageurs famille/groupe d’amis. Situé à 10’ à pied de Montparnasse ( la meilleure vue de Paris) ,à 15’ à pied de la place Denfert Rochereau et ses fameuses catacombes!
