We had a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, a relaxing city. The studio was very nice, We were 300 m from the beach. Everything was close to the restaurant, we had a great time!!!

A very special, beautiful and great place where we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The flat has everything you need; it is perfectly stuffed and that’s done with a lot of charme, welcoming thoughts and a very personal and pleasant touch. There is lots to discover in and around Cancale; we enjoyed the view of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the Mont Saint Michel besides many more beautiful places like Dinard, St Malo and Rothéneuf. Hervé is a fantastic host and makes everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had very enjoyable and entertaining holidays and will certainly come back to Les Puits de Lumière.

A little gem! Françoise's studio is perfect for those looking for tranquility and comfort in the heart of the historic city of Saint-Malo. The location is excellent: you can reach everything on foot, even the beaches of Sillon with a pleasant walk along the sea. The apartment is very clean, new and tastefully furnished, especially with wooden details that make it warm and welcoming. It is equipped with everything you need and, despite being an attic, the blackout windows allow you to sleep well even in the morning. Quiet and relaxing – there are only a few seagulls to remind you that you are near the sea! Françoise was very kind and very helpful, both for the exchange of keys and for some useful advice on the area. A really nice stay, I'll be happy to come back (I miss it already!).

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! An awesome place whether you are a solo traveler, a couple or a family! Thank you Marion

Charming accommodation, great location, very close to beaches, hiking spots, and shops. Quiet in a very rich area of beautiful places to discover or rediscover. The accommodation is well-equipped. It went very well. Great communication with Julie during Roselyne & Alain's absence.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

We had a lovely weekend with 6. The accommodation was spotless and very well-equipped for 6 people, including towels. The exteriors were also very nice. Nothing to complain about this accommodation except that you can go there without so much as a second thought!

We had a lovely holiday in St Suliac, everything just as described and house very clean. Area is spectacular, beautiful coastal walks and nice towns.

A big thank you to Brigitte for hosting us and for her flexibility! The accommodation was very well located just at the foot of the cale and a beautiful hiking trail. Charming little alley. We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are quality. Only downside, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we did not have hot water for the last 2 days without the problem being resolved.

Great weekend spent in this charming studio, very clean, quiet and functional. It is located close to the beach and shops (2 bakeries, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, kiosk, etc.). A beautiful place to discover the area!

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. The apartment is comfortable and practical and very well-equipped. It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the box is very convenient. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

The accommodation is true to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Lovely apartment, had difficulty finding as the road was barred due to road works. Would have liked a bakery in walking distance. Excellent base for Dinard and St Malo
