A very calm and cosy apartment in an old 17th century mill built on a marvellous 2 acre piece of nature with direct access to the river, swimming pool, bar, outside kitchen with pizza oven - big green egg and jeu de boule. The mill is located close to all touristic areas that make ardeche so special with a 10 minutes ride to the ardeche river valley and canoeing spots, the Chauvet cave, vals les bains and its thermal baths. numerous cycling paths and walks depart directly from the mill.

Small cozy cottage on the ground floor of our main house, with separate entrance, small private garden and pond where our Asian fish swim peacefully. This 22 m2 studio consists of a bay window giving access to the kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a bedroom/living room area. Ideally located to discover all the tourist attractions of Ardèche. As residents on site, we like to welcome our guests ourselves.

In the ramparts of the thousand-year-old citadel of Mirabel, this village house has just been renovated. Stone walls, basalt and sandstone, lime plaster, wood, solid oak parquet, history is preserved. What makes the house unique is undoubtedly the view from the terrace... And 5 minutes away, the 800-year-old Mirabel Tower offers an exceptional panorama. Mirabel comes from the Latin Mira bellum which means "Look how beautiful it is!"
