Great little studio apartment on the outskirts of Toulouse (10min walk to the main station, 15mins to centre). Generally very well equipped (though a Formil washing machine capsule or 2 would have been appreciated and the pepper was empty), lashings of hot water and super close to the Metro / Bus. We were there for 4 nights and it was perfect.

Very nice accommodation, well arranged, perfect for a couple. We did not have time to enjoy it but there is also a small outdoor table for a one-on-one breakfast.

We absolutely loved this property. The location is ideally located just across from a beautiful park and botanical garden. Very quiet, very safe. Lots of families and close to restaurants, cafe's, etc. The entire apartment was spotless from the kitchen, to the bathroom, furniture, linens, floors, etc. It felt like we were the first ones to stay there. The private rooftop terrace was such a nice place to relax in the evenings. The private garage parking was also a very nice feature, but unfortunately, we booked a larger rental car (BMW X3) and although it fit, I personally wasn't comfortable getting into the narrow entrance so ended up parking on the street. That said, next time in Toulouse, we will rent a smaller car! The hosts were fantastic - the personal check-in is such a nice feature and helpful to really get to know the property. Thank you Brune and Audrey for a wonderful long weekend in Toulouse. I hope we are lucky enough to come back!

The place was very clean, comfortable and in a good location in Toulouse. I enjoyed the calm and pleasant setting. On the other hand, the neighbor was a little intrusive, and made some judgmental remarks, especially late in the evening (around midnight), which was a little embarrassing. Despite this, I recommend this listing for its comfort and cleanliness.

Francois and Mina are great couple and I am so happy to know them. the day of check in and their welcome was amazing with delicious sweets. the place was great and everything was provided even for my one week stay , all shops and restaurant was proximity. I felt like home and definitively I will return. thank you again for everything.

Stay in a very nice air-conditioned apartment. Sabrina had taken the trouble to turn it on before the arrival. It was very much appreciated given the heat. Rarely met such a responsive and pleasant host. I would highly recommend it

We only have congratulations to Dorian who welcomed us with great kindness, very responsive to answer any questions we had and available to advise us in order to make our stay a pleasant one. The accommodation is perfect, clean and in good condition, very well equipped, nothing missing. If the location is a little far from the center of Toulouse, it is not a problem because there is a metro station nearby that brings us to the heart of the city (P+R system). In conclusion, we highly recommend this rental that combines calm and comfort.

Beautiful apartment with easy access to the Metro. The Rosarae metro station on the A line is a ten minute walk. For getting anywhere in the city. The train station is a 15 minute walk. Supermarket is also a 10 minute walk. Yasmine is an outstanding host and was flexible in letting check-in on my schedule. She is flawlessly fluent in English. She was always responsive to my questions and requests. The apartment is tastefully furnished and modern and impeccably clean. The large deck is also a bonus for catching some sun on sunny days. I stayed for a month and it was very pleasant and convenient. I would highly recommend Yasmine’s place and would love to return someday.

The apartment is very well decorated, pleasant, well appointed and in a quiet area. Guilhem was there to welcome us and to give the few explanations needed to use his home. I highly recommend this studio.

The place was beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures! Very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. We particularly appreciated the jacuzzi, a real plus to relax after a big day. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it!

Very good location in Toulouse, close to the capitol. The bathtub/jacuzzi is very nice, the hosts are very responsive and friendly. Portable air conditioning is very much appreciated in this hot weather I recommend

A perfect place to enjoy the center of Toulouse. The apartment is located in the heart of the center, but its location on a small street and on the rooftops make it a very quiet place. Comfortable and well-equipped, with of course the very pleasant spa bath as a bonus.

Very nice apartment and patio! Valérie prepares small touches for us on our arrival, it's very pleasant (cool water, tea, coffee available, all the kitchen essentials to make food). Not to mention the luxury of the soft bathrobes, and the dream bedding!!
