We had a lovely weekend at Charley's. The setting was very pleasant and the accommodation perfectly matches the photos, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The private pool is a real pleasure. The welcome was very warm and Charley and his partner are super nice. Don't hesitate to go there, we know we'll be back! :))

It’s hard to sum up Anthonin’s beautiful home in just 1000 characters. It’s like nowhere you will have ever stayed before. Every room is so full of character and charm. In every corner of every room is a memory or memento from a 1000 wonderful nights spent here with friends. The house itself has been beautifully and sympathetically restored. It is not a modern property and anyone expecting minimalist chic will be disappointed 😂 it is such a unique property and my family and I loved every minute of our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It is very private set in beautiful countryside. Restaurants and amenities are a drive away. But there are abundant places for walks and runs from the front door. The pool area is gorgeous and great for all ages. Loads of seating and social areas inside and out. This place is an utter joy and I promise if you’ve stumbled across it you won’t be disappointed. Anthonin too is a complete gent and was always available. Big thumbs up.

Location, Accommodation everything was very good, clean nothing to report. Ideal accommodation for 2 adults and 5 children. Dorm room the kids loved. The pool is well maintained and close to the accommodation. Owners available and very welcoming.

the apartment is as advertised, very functional with the small terrace. Located in a cul-de-sac, the place is very quiet, easy to access and no parking problems. Not far from the slate quarries for beautiful walks.

I stayed for a week at Pierre-Alexandre's and the accommodation was perfectly suited to my needs (close to the tram and for a reasonable budget). The accommodation was particularly clean and well arranged! I would highly recommend it,

Sabrina is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very nice and very well-designed. The only small downside: no separate toilets but as there are two bathrooms it's not too annoying!

An excellent stay - Magali and Thierry were warm and attentive hosts, the semi-detached house very chic, private and tastefully appointed and the neighbourhood peacefully rural. For independent travelers, it’s a perfect retreat on the south side of the river about a 15-20 minute drive from Angers. There’s a massive Hyper-U in nearby Murs-Erigne which has everything you need to prepare meals to enjoy at the kitchen bar table (or, weather permitting, on the large terrace out back or in the lovely garden). The charming wine regions of of Saumur and Chinon to the west and Savennieres to the south are within easy reach. Magali and Thierry were very helpful with suggestions of places to visit as well as restaurant recommendations and bookings. They also went out of their way to liaise with a pharmacy where I could pick up a prescription I had overlooked. Highly recommended.

Hi, Just a small downside. To get to the upstairs bedroom, the staircase is steep, and going over the beam is not very practical. I find it a little dangerous for children. Otherwise, nothing else to say. Have a good day

What can I say about Thierry and his place other than it was a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for more. Location was tranquil, Thierry was extremely helpful and friendly, and the way he had meticulously and lovingly renovated the property really showed. We had a great stay and hope to visit again.

We are delighted with our stay at La Garçonnière. Excellent welcome, very warm and attentive. A beautiful, relaxing and conveniently located place. The house is really nice and very well equipped, with an exceptional view of the Loire, we had a great time on the terrace. Importantly, the bedding is of very good quality.

In a small subdivision, but with views of the trees, the accommodation is a small outbuilding of the main house. 3 bedrooms (one without a window), kitchen and living room on the ground floor, the cottage is nice. Michel had made us a cake, and took out the outdoor living room as soon as we asked him. We were able to eat outside, under the trees, which was perfect given the temperatures! Well located for visiting Angers, without being in the city. Given the heat, we went to Lake Maine to take a dip, rather than cycling along the Loire, but next time, we'll go!

We had a great time, quiet, in a house where you feel good from the moment you arrive. A real joy! Beatrice's little touches were much appreciated. Very convenient lockbox for late check-in and well-appointed terrace for alfresco dining or lounging in the shade of a parasol.

In a few minutes by car, you can access the expressway for a trip to the Angevine countryside, or you can easily reach the city center of Angers.
