Mezzanine floor with 130 foam mattress for 1 or 2 children up to 12 years old max. (ceiling height of 1.50 m). Bed and bath linens available (free). Private bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). Bright T2 not overlooked with 20 m² terrace in the residence. Close to the historic center, in front of the CREPS, a bus stop is at the bottom of the building as well as a free access bike station and a tram stop a few minutes walk. Free parking is available in the residence. There is a double bed and a fixed sofa large enough for a person under 1m80, rather an extra bed. Please contact me in advance if you want a self check-in.

The Jacuzzi can be covered if it rains. 10% from the 2nd night 25% for 1 week
