Close to all amenities, (Bus, A9, Tram) and shops with its Halles Gourmandes (bakery/pastry shop, cheese shop, butcher shop, caterers from around the world, greengrocers, pizzeria, brewery). Bucolic park with the Mas Nouguier Wine Estate. Tram 2 is a 2-minute walk away. As well as the Bus Station (Bus) St Roch station (12 min by tram) I'll be happy to share some good city tips. 😎 I have been a Montpellier resident since 1992 ☺️
