On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Its hanging net will draw you into its meshes and its outdoor space will allow you to spend beautiful sunny evenings. Close to all amenities because it is located in the middle of the village ,it also offers many ways to get to the center of Nantes. Just enjoying it.

A 5-minute walk from the shops, you'll have access to a supermarket with a gas station and a pharmacy.

Nestled in a charming typical neighborhood, close to the river and shops (bistro, bakeries, butchery, pharmacies, tobacco press, supermarket close by...), 15 minutes from the city center of Nantes and 35 minutes from the first beaches, our completely renovated 55 m2 accommodation is available for a weekend or more as a couple, as a family, or for a professional stay on weekdays. Nearby: - Nantes (20 km by ring road or ferry on the Loire) - beaches (Pornic 25 km away...) - amusement parks (Planète Sauvage 10 min, Legendia Park).

Small 32 m2 fully-equipped "cocoon" apartment ideal for a Nantes getaway in a quiet and wooded residence. As I do not live there, check-in on Sunday is not possible (or limited between 12pm and 1pm). For other days, no check-in possible after 8pm. PLEASE take this into account when booking.
