Terrace adjoining the kitchen, garden furniture, gas barbecue. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a large 180/200 bed, 1 bedroom with a 3-seater mezzanine bed (2 seats at the bottom, 1 seat at the top), bathroom, separate toilet. Basement: entrance hall with access to garden, washing machine, 1 bedroom with double bed. Bed linen, towels not provided dish towels provided. Checkout cleaning service possible.

Our house combines the rustic charm of traditional Breton architecture with modern comforts. It has a cozy living room equipped with a kitchen with a living room as well as a TV. A bedroom with a 140/190 bed and its dressing room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. We have a 3000 m2 fenced garden with electric gate and secure parking.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
