Guesthouse vacation rentals in Saint Ives Bay

I had a wonderful stay at Banana Pancakes! It was such a good location to explore this part of Cornwall, didn't have to drive more than 30 minutes everyday to explore a new part. Loved the fact there were walks straight from the house. Becky and Julian were lovely hosts, super friendly and welcoming. The room was really comfortable and had everything I needed for my trip. Would definitely recommend staying :)

Great place, as advertised. Hosts were very responsive and very helpful. There is a lot of natural light that you can’t block out, but they very helpfully provided eye masks if needed. Very clean and exactly what we needed. Thank you 🙏

We loved our stay at the Pigsty! Set in a gorgeous location, it was cosy, quiet and comfortable and we felt very much ‘at home’. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and Nicky gave clear instructions and helpful advice on the local area. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. We stayed here as a base to explore Cornwall by car, but it is close to the coastal walk-the fishing village of Portloe is in easy walking distance. We enjoyed sitting in the garden for dinner, watching the sun set and the moon rising over the ocean. Next time we will stay longer!

We had a brilliant couple of nights at the Apple Store, was even better than the photos! Big comfy bed, immaculately clean, great coffee machine and mini fridge. Hosts have thought of everything you need, great set up. Plenty of room for the dog bed, hooks to hang clothes up and lots of tips in the guest book. 10 minute walk to St Agnes for lots of independent cafes and bars, especially liked Bearded Brewery, the Taphouse and the Institute. Trevaunce Cove was lovely sandy beach, saw some huge spider crabs. Locals were lovely and chatty and all very dog friendly. We would happily recommend this accommodation as a fab base to explore St Agnes.

My partner and I have just come back from an amazing weekend in Carbis Bay. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, it was all we needed and was in such an ideal location - couldn’t have asked for better! Lisa was a great host, giving us clear instructions on check in as well as informing us of the St Ives food and music festival that was happening which we weren’t aware of! Would definitely like to come back again :)

Marion and Pete were great hosts - very friendly and helpful! Lovely place they have and they were great with our dog too. Pete came and assisted with the oven one night when I didnt get that the timer needed to be on for it to run! Whoops! I messaged through the app and he popped down and helped out.. nice to know they’re on hand for things like that but their house is not especially nearby or overlooking. Very private space which for me especially is important to fully relax and not feel overlooked. The place was clean and better than described. The bed is massive and very comfortable too. The garden isn’t completely ‘secure’ so toilet breaks were accompanied by us for our dog who can be a bit of a rascal but it’s overall a perfect space for pets too with an extremely beautiful (and massive) garden that you can walk round. The property is nearby to Helston which is helpful for amenities and main roads, there’s a Sainsbury’s 5 mins drive away, and a short walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Piggery. The property is beautiful and so quiet, a real home away from home! Highly recommend

We stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely would recommend staying. Paul was really responsive and even showed us a little walking route to find the cows! Very clean space and exactly as described. Great location for all the places we wanted to go to, we didn’t spend anymore than 40 minutes at a time driving to the places we wanted to see. Great surfing beach near by.

Perfect little garden summer house great for couples & a baby like us! We needed somewhere near to Newquay and within a short drive we were at the beach. Lovely private quiet area. Lucie responded very quick to messages & set up amenities for us for the baby which we very much appreciated :) He especially loved the toys!

We were amazed how the small spaced accommodation held all the amenities that were required, even down to the space underneath the high bed being useful to store our belongings. We enjoyed our week there.

A gorgeous space and in a great location. Within walking distance of Charlestown too, which was great. The place was pristine and the decor made it feel bright and homely. It had everyhing we needed and all instructions were clear. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to the family for a lovely stay.

The chalet exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped, light and spacious. The gardens around the property were added bonus. We were so impressed by the vegetable garden in particular. Highly recommended for a visit to this area. We were able to walk across the countryside to the beaches and lighthouse, wonderful.

Immaculate accommodation, perfect for a family break. 15 mins from central St Ives, yet wonderfully peaceful and private. The property was easy to find and just off the main road. Trevor was incredibly helpful and responsive, even staying up late to greet us after bank holiday traffic had us running late. Would heartily recommend the property to anyone!

A wonderful barn conversion, stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Situated in a hamlet within walking distance of a couple of great beaches and pubs. Communication with the hosts was great and were always willing to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate in returning, even the dogs and chickens were a joy.

Nice & clean 2 story apartment in a quiet, green neighborhood on a dead end street. Lovely interior & well equipped kitchen. The bedroom features an extra wide double bed, which is above a UK kingsize! Adam & Robert were welcoming & supportive hosts. Just make sure to read their instructions on how to get there carefully, as we ended up in the parallel street the first time while just following our nav apps (Apple + Google maps)! 😊 We can absolutely recommend this accommodation! 👍 Thanks Adam & Robert for having us!

Heather and Rob were great hosts and The Snuggery was beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. We loved all the little extras, the afternoon tea, eggs and especially the bathrobes. Such peaceful surroundings we didn't want to leave. Will definitely recommend.

Charming and cosy caravan with all the home comforts and equipment you’d need, from a well stocked kitchen with helpful extras, to an iron/board, hairdryer, cleaning equipment, washing machine and dryer etc, it was all there. My children, husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. The caravan was clean and with fresh linens. It’s cute and quirky and obviously well loved, so if you’re looking for modern luxury, it’s probably not for you, but we thought it was fantastic and extremely affordable. The location for us was the best- waking up to see the animals outside our window with a stunning view beyond was a big highlight. Monika and her husband Denzel were so helpful and kind, Denzel especially with our little boys who loved watching him feed the animals and get some bonus eggs from the hens. If you’re looking for remote, peaceful surroundings with all the home comforts, you’ll have it here! Thank you Monika, we’ll be back!

This property was a lovely stay! The house was clean, spacious and private being fully detached, with all the necessary amenities - even a welcome hamper from Richard & Gemma which was very much appreciated on arrival!! As this was our first trip to Cornwall we thought the location was perfect to drive and explore different places. Easy and quick communication with recommendations of where to go too.

The location is beautifully situated, private and well laid out. The cottage is comfortable , full of character and is well equipped. Heather and Simon are very friendly and helpful. A pleasure to stay in the Withy.

We had a brilliant stay at Jan’s place for a wedding in Rock. It was perfectly equipped for us and our 6 month old baby, very clean and tidy and Jan communicated really quickly with us and was eager to help us out and answer our questions. We will definitely return if we are in the area again.
