Located in Haute-Loire, 15 minutes from Puy-en-Velay, the 3-star cottage Les Althéas is a house on enclosed land in the middle of nature, 800 m from the village (bakery, grocery store, tobacco store). Le Velay, an ideal destination for hiking, its cultural heritage and its many festivals, offers a unique setting for outdoor sports enthusiasts. As a family, the region is an exceptional playground for all types of activities all year round (swimming, mountain biking, tourist trains, skiing, sledging).

An entrance gate framed by a stone wall leads into a grassy area. A spacious lawn is surrounded by trees under a clear blue sky, while a cozy stone building with a pitched roof is visible nearby. Power lines stretch across the horizon.

Independent cottage on fenced land of 1500 m2

The "P'tite maison" is a 25 m2 independent cottage on a 1500 m2 lot. It consists of an equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room where there are 2 beds (1 140 x 200 closet bed and 1 145 x 200 sofa bed). Everything was refurbished in the spring of 2017. Close to the Meygal forest, it is located 15 minutes from Puy en Velay, 40 minutes from St Etienne and 40 minutes from Les Estables. Baby equipment loan (upon request) Extra charge for sheets: 10 euros per bed

The exterior of the gîte is surrounded by a wooden fence and features a well-maintained garden with grassy areas. Outdoor seating arrangements, including sun loungers and chairs, provide inviting spaces for relaxation under the trees. The stone building reflects traditional architectural elements.

Laurène and Bruno welcome you to their cottage "Le Pidgier" which you can also admire from the window because this most spacious cottage is located in the heart of the Yssingelais sucs. "Le Domaine au Vert Gna!!" consists of the owner's residence and a set of independent cottages including the "Pidgier" on 5000 m² of land nestled in a green setting, far from the hassle but close to both the beautiful nature and the City of Puy en Velay.

Family cottage Haute-Loire, At the foot of the huches

We had a great time at this typical Haute Loire cottage. Pascale and Fred are very welcoming. The place is beautiful, in the countryside. The cottage is very well renovated, clean and comfortable. Between the hikes and the visit to Puy en Velay we were entirely satisfied.

A wooden deck is shown with a dining table surrounded by four chairs. A large tree provides shade nearby, and the stone exterior of the house creates a rustic charm. A decorative stone structure is positioned to one side, enhancing the natural environment.

We had a lovely stay. Pascale welcomes dogs and it's really nice. Pascale is discreet and welcoming, communication was very easy. The accommodation is convenient and close to activities to do in Haute-Loire. I highly recommend it!
