Welcome to La Maison de Fébronie, a restored 18th century family house, recently classified 3 stars (2025) as a furnished tourist accommodation, close to the sea (10 min) Côte Sauvage Le Collet small oyster port, between Pornic (12 km) and Île de Noirmoutier (35 km). The house is located in the village 5 minutes from the Vélocéan circuit and the train station, 45 minutes by car from Nantes. Shops are within walking distance (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, newsstand, soap shop, museum)

It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

The park allows access to leisure for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds). Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€45).

The sea is 15 minutes away, Nantes 1/2 hour, Saint Nazaire 40 minutes. All amenities 5 km away. Bicycles are available. Old building renovated into a cottage communicating with "Pressoir" cottage for 12 beds, on request. Separation: double door and removable sound insulation.
