Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Location: 2 km from the village and its shops. 6 km from Rochefort-en-Terre (one of the most beautiful villages in France), the Moulin-Neuf pond, the Brittany Prehistory Park. 10 km from the Brest-Nantes canal, for bike rides, 20 min. from La Gacilly and Malestroit, medieval town, 35 min. from the beaches and 40 min. from Vannes.
