Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Quiet new house, fully fenced. 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 bed 140 and 2 mezzanine in 90). Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Air conditioning. Equipped kitchen. Covered terrace. Lake / Beach 6 km away, free shuttle in summer. Numerous bike paths. Sheets, bath towels are provided for one week stays (for less they can be provided for €20 per room). Household products are provided. There is no cleaning fee, the house must be left clean.

The house has 3 bedrooms including 2 with a 160cm bed and 1 with 4 80cm beds (maximum capacity of 8 people), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen open to the living room (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), a covered terrace with barbecue, a closed garage with washing machine and an outdoor shower.

A covered terrace features a large wooden table and seating, positioned beside a bright swimming pool. Two woven pendant lights hang from the ceiling, adding an organic element to the outdoor space surrounded by greenery.
