Enjoy the proximity to the supervised beach 100 meters away from the residence, restaurants and bars within walking distance (open in season June to seven), forest walks alone in the world.

Cozy studio adjoining a wooden frame house in a very quiet subdivision on the edge of the forest. The relaxing atmosphere of the forest, the birds and sometimes even the distant sound of the waves will rock you for a vacation full of positive energy and rest. Lake Leon 5 min by bike or the ocean with La Lette beach 5 min by car and St Girons beach 30 min by bike will allow you to enjoy the water. The bike path nearby should also seduce athletes.

The 33m2 home is central in a small family-friendly seaside resort. The ocean visible from the terrace is 100 meters away. All amenities and leisure at the foot of the apartment. Restaurants, surf schools, supervised beach, shops, bike paths. You don't have to use your vehicle. The place is great for 4-5 people with its mezzanine and separate bedrooms and sofa bed. It is located at the first of a residence that has its feet in the sand!

Household products are provided. There is no cleaning fee, the house must be left clean.

Perfect!!! We had a great week, the apartment is just the right size, very bright compared to others in the building! (this is the 4th one we've done in this building) Everything is nice, very practical and well thought out, there is storage everywhere, in the bathroom, in the living room and even at the level of the children's beds, which is appreciable because this space is often sloppy. The kitchen is impeccable. Flexible check-in, very good communication with the very nice host (small welcome gift, very much appreciated!) and on the cleaning side everything was great when we arrived. The small window allows you to create an air current, excellent, and in addition the view of the dune is superb. The location is great too, in the heart of the village. A little noise some nights, but nothing serious. We just fell in love with this little apartment. ☺ We'll try to come back, for sure!!! THANK YOU!

House 15 minutes to the beach

François's house is a perfect place to gather family or friends without being cramped: large wooden chalet built on stilts, very large living room, piano, guitars, board games, books, very functional kitchen and with all the necessary equipment to cook when there are many people (2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens...), three spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom, dormitory upstairs (children's paradise), possibility to eat outside, sheltered even if it rains, a clear stream at the end of the vast wooded land. In short, everyone found this place particularly pleasant and we could not believe such comfort. The decor is beautiful, the frame, walls, stairs, parquet, everything is in Landes pine. It's like a dream. Everyone agrees that we'll have to come back. We went there outside the summer season so no problems getting around, by car or bicycle.

Very good welcome from our host Stéphanie as well as the other exchanges of the people of the agency that manages the accommodation. Accommodation as described and as expected. Very nice place to enjoy the outdoors and the ocean in less than five minutes. Several beaches nearby is a real plus. I would recommend this place for your long weekends or your next vacation.
