The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 19th century house (we live on the 1st floor). It is only 3 metro stops from Midi train Station and can accommodate up to 4 people. Studio ‘la rose de Saint-Gilles’ ligt in een rustige straat midden in het cosmopolitische Sint-Gilles. De beste restaurants, cafés en winkels liggen aan je voeten! Perfect aangesloten op het OV: binnen 10 minuten sta je midden in het centrum, gare de midi (Eurostar) is 5 minuten. Het Maison de maitre uit 1899 is geheel gerenoveerd. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien: volledige keuken met afwasmachine, badkamer met douche en wasmachine, fijne verzorgingsproducten. Roken niet toegestaan!

Very calm and quiet house of 4 apartments, carefully renovated located between Louise/Parvis/Loix. I am the owner (french and English speaking) and I live on the ground floor. No party in the building. 50 M2 studio with North and South terraces. For one or two intimate people, non-smoking, without animals and above all very quiet like the house.
