New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Accommodation located 5 min drive from Futuroscope Park and Aquascope or 25 min walk, 55 min from Center Parcs "Le Bois aux Daims", 15 min from Poitiers. Quick access from the A10 – exit 28, 3 minutes from the toll. All local amenities within a 5-minute drive (shopping mall, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants...) Refurbished accommodation located in the basement of the house. The ground floor of the house is also available for rent. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.

Close to Futuroscope "La Petite Lucie"

In the countryside but close to the cities at the same time, discover "La petite Lucie", a house completely refurbished but having kept the charm of the old, beams and exposed stones, in a quiet and soothing setting. You will be 25 minutes from FUTUROSCOPE, 35 minutes from Poitiers, 30 minutes from Chatellerault and Center Parcs, 40 minutes from Chinon. Detached house with private parking, has its own very flowery garden to relax in. The house can accommodate 6 adults and 1 baby.

Nous vous accueillons avec plaisir dans cet ancien grenier réaménagé en 2023. Profitez des vieilles pierres, de la petite terrasse ensoleillée et du jardin semi-ombragé. "Le Grenier", studio de 20m² environ, vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. Pensez à réserver nos bocaux repas, planche et petit déjeuner si besoin. Une petite pause au calme à la campagne !

1 to 14 people. Very nice house, with pool, terrace with dining area and large plancha, ideal for groups of friends or families. Large lawn for ball games, kite flying, or other. Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

Maison Colombine (4/6 pers cottage)

The "Colombine House" offers a peaceful stay for the whole family in a small country village. Small stone house completely renovated, a stone's throw from the forest, close to Futuroscope, the park of St Cyr... Close to the highway. Small extras: beds made on arrival, linen available, all you have to do is put your bags down. Possibility to have breakfast on site (see cond) and to play, toast, sit down, eat... at the fun bar Arcane next door! 🤗

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Loire Valley "green setting" cottage

Lydia and Domi are waiting for you at the cottage; wing of our family home completely restored while keeping the charm of yesteryear. You will be completely independent in this place but we will be available to accommodate your requests. You will have a private entrance and terrace overlooking a 5000 m2 wooded park and bordered by a forest. (starting point for many walks.) See full description below.

Small atypical house 16 km from the futuroscope

Small stone house on three floors. Close to the futuroscope, center parc... It is ideal for two people. A quiet and relaxing place in the countryside. I provide bed linens, for towels I can provide them for an extra 5 euros. Small note, the stairs are steep (miller's ladders) and the kitchen ceiling is a bit low. For coffee fans I have a Senseo, I leave some pods available.

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.
