Take a break, relax in this former workshop, former creative, DIY cabin. I deliberately keep the spirit simple of all amenities, back to basics, take the time, without complication. In the center of my garden, the cabin is placed in the cool shade of the linden tree, with the song of the birds, the knock-knock-knock of the green woodpecker, the flight of the storks… a quiet stay. Very quiet place in the countryside, easy to discover, near Nantes, not far from the Côte d'Amour.

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Quiet independent cottage in the countryside, located 20 km from Nantes and 40 minutes from St Nazaire. Large wooded and flowered garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. P This cottage is not wheelchair accessible. Within a restored farmhouse with healthy and ecological materials, the cottage includes an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave) overlooking the main room and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. For one or two people, the 180 X 200 bed can accommodate 2 separate 90 X 200 beds. The cottage is adjoining the main house but completely independent with a garden and private parking. Very good location, for both business and tourist clientele.

Wooden house located on the heights of St Etienne de Montluc close to the village and the train station. 15 km from Nantes and 35 minutes from the sea. 5-minute drive to GRDF Energy Training Campus and ENEDIS Training Campus. Completely independent entrance from our house. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant living room. Bedroom and mezzanine with desk upstairs. Secure parking at the foot of the house. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
