It features: 1 living room with open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining room with billiards table, 1 shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds and a dressing room. A terrace with an awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, and a shed with a toilet and shower. A garden with a swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to the end of September), swing, ping-pong table and boules court.

Originally a farmhouse, this property is situated in the peace and tranquillity of a secluded hamlet, yet still offers proximity (within 45 min drive) to the best beaches, Puy du Fou and other sites of the Vendee. It is an ideal place to recharge your batteries. You would have sole access to the whole property which boasts a large private garden with an orchard, swimming pool (not heated and therefore closed in winter months from mid September through till May), and BBQ facilities.
